As Chief of Staff for SR Companies, I bring over 25 years of executive leadership experience, including distinguished service as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force. My background in global operations, logistics, and strategic planning, combined with expertise in supply chain program management, performance management, and human capital development, has prepared me to navigate the complexities of this dynamic role.

At SR Companies, my focus is on driving operational efficiency, advancing strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration across our entire portfolio of brands. As Chief of Staff, I act as a strategic advisor and key facilitator for the leadership team, ensuring that organizational goals are met effectively, and that communication and alignment are maintained across all levels.

Additionally, I oversee critical projects, identify and resolve operational challenges, and help shape a culture that reflects our commitment to innovation, excellence, and teamwork.

The Chief of Staff role is both dynamic and integral, requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution. My work involves streamlining priorities, coordinating cross-departmental efforts, and providing leadership support to ensure that SR Companies operates at peak efficiency while continuing to grow and evolve.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. My wife, Jessica, and I have shared 24 wonderful years together, and we are proud parents to our two children, Cason and Ansley. Our family also includes Birdie, our energetic French Bulldog.
